A traditional Premium Bitter in the London style. Strong, malty and well hopped with English Challenger.
Brews 23 litres (40 pints). Colour; amber. Bitterness; high (EBU 35 - 38). A.b.v. 4.5 - 4.8%
The choices for making these kits are:
1. Brewing sugar 1kg - This will produce a light bodied beer with a pronounced hop character
2. Spray-dried malt extract 1kg – This will produce a beer with more body and a maltier profile, hops are still in evidence though.
3. Premium grade liquid malt extract 1.5kg – This will produce a truly commercial quality beer with a fuller body and a higher alcohol content.
