Blonde lager style beer, makes 23 litres. 

Pours pale gold, with a thin white head. Sweet, fruity aroma, lush apple sauce with a soft hint of pineapple.  Soft, light malt flavour with a hint of apple in the finish, very light bitterness with clean, dry aftertaste.

EBC Range: 5-9 Target

ABV%: 4.0%

Fermentation Brewing Sugar Addition Required: 1kg 

These beer kits come in the latest foil pouch. Each pouch is cold filled using the latest nitrogen technology to provide the ultimate contamination-free products. The low temperature process retains the delicate flavours and aromas traditionally lost during the pasteurisation of cans by prolonged heating and hot filling.

For a better finish to the beer we recommend using 1kg of spraymalt or one can of liquid malt extract.
