Worked out a treat!!! Feckin strong stuff! I guess the hint is in the title.

The instructions in the kit say you need two barrels with the second being for adding the Priming Sugar, but on the sound advice from Shane in The Homebrew Company I was able to get around this and just add the sugar to the bottles for secondary fermentation.

Also I was able to use the Muslin Bag that came with the kit over the tap in the fermentation barrel to eek out that last few bottles.

Managed to get 5 full bottles from below the tap by tipping the barrel forward and catching any heavy sediment in the muslin. Couldn't taste any difference between these and the others!

This is one I would definitely buy again.
