I started this kit 4 weeks ago. Extremely easy to make, I added finings two days before bottling, its been two weeks and i've just opened one. Lovely beer great taste with a touch of cloves. I added 120 grams of sugar disolved in hot water to the fermenting bin before bottling and this has left me with a real good carbonation and a head that lasted to the end of the pint.
