Another fine kit from Bruphoria! Each kit comes personally assembled by one of the team (whoever you are, you're doing a fine job!) and contains liquid malt, hop extract, yeast plus 3 individual hop packets. Despite adding all this hop goodness, the finished product has a very subtle taste, not the strong citrus notes of some of the other kits. I tend to agree with a previous reviewer - it does tend to feel more like a 4.2% brew rather than the claimed 4.5%. As such, it does much to meet the claimed session beer status. As advised, it would probably be fabulous chilled - it is a lovely light refreshing beer - but being a true Brit, I drink mine at room temperature and still enjoy it. All of the Bruphoria kits I have tried have all been excellent value and quality - I just wish a few more customers would send in reviews to help new customers decide.
